Cain Watters & Associates (CWA), a leading provider of dental-specific financial guidance, partnered with K2 Construction to build out its two-floor Dallas headquarters at The Star. Designed by Gensler and managed by JLL, this first generation office was created to provide an elevated, hospitality-driven experience for CWA’s clients, who often spend extended time in the space meeting with their financial advisors. A focal point is the custom circular coffee bar with poured-in-place terrazzo flooring, complemented by book-matched wood flooring, specialty wood baffles, built-in banquette seating, and Muraflex glass office fronts. Three distinct ceiling systems—including gypsum board, Eurospan, and specialty fabric ceilings—required precise planning and field coordination to achieve seamless transitions and alignment throughout the space.
