A Texas legacy enters its next chapter.

Texas Pacific Land (TPL), one of the largest landowners in Texas, partnered with K2 to relocate its headquarters from Downtown Dallas to a full-floor office at The Quad in Uptown. The new headquarters was designed to support a stronger workplace culture while providing employees with access to Uptown’s vibrant mix of dining, retail, and amenities. Rich walnut millwork, dramatic bookmatched stone, custom brass detailing, sculptural lighting, and floor-to-ceiling views create an executive environment that feels both timeless and contemporary. Every detail was thoughtfully crafted to reflect TPL’s legacy while supporting the way its team works today. The project received the CoreNet Global North Texas Workplace Innovation & Design Award in the Under 50,000 SF category.
