We’re proud to recognize Cami McMillan as one of K2’s 2025 Heroes of the Year. This peer-nominated award honors two members of the K2 Crew who exemplify our core values—Integrity, Positivity, and Passion—and live out our purpose: to be a HERO by helping others perform their jobs well. Cami is known for her dedication to delivering a great experience for both customers and subcontractors. She approaches every task with a positive attitude and is always willing to pause and support her teammates. As one coworker shared, “Cami brings positivity to every task and consistently goes out of her way to support others and elevate the K2 experience.” Described as forward-thinking, kind, and always up for a challenge, Cami’s impact is felt across the team. “She’s the K2 cheerleader,” one colleague noted. “I know how much she cares about the company and the people—she’s already my hero.” We’re grateful to have Cami as part of the K2 Crew.
