A warehouse converted to a Tier III+ data center.

This project consisted of the conversion of an existing warehouse to a shell building and site to accommodate a full service data storage center. 2800 Summit is a Tier III+, SSAE 16 high-security datacenter located in Plano, TX. Totaling 108,000 square feet, this powered shell building is optimized for enterprise datacenter operations. Exterior developments included 30,000 square feet of paving, upgrades to site utilities, install of security fencing, and landscaping throughout this 16-acre site.
