Flexible workspace inspires collaboration

This first generation build out for Insperity Services transforms shell space within the newest Cypress Waters tower into a service center for this national human resources and payroll consultancy. Completed in partnership with Houston-based Kirksey Architecture, the 37,000 square foot center supports Insperity’s flexible work program and offers their staff a comfortable place to collaborate, meet, and connect. This contemporary, collaborative workspace supports in-person trainings with large format LED digital displays. The entrance functions as a café-style work lounge to welcome trainees and guest via a relaxed and engaging reception.
