A headquarters to support 1,000 locations

Sun Holdings is the fourth largest franchisee in the US, operating over 1,000 stores for chains like Burger King, Popeyes, GNC, T-Mobile and more. K2 was selected to transform what was an REI retail store into a two-story, freestanding office building for the company’s new headquarters. This project included building a new exterior façade and required extensive structural steel work including expanding the second floor mezzanine, relocating the main reception stairwell and constructing a new private stairwell with an associated building entrance exclusively for the top local executive’s office.
