Radiance Plaza gets new shine.

Built in 1970, this 14-story office property in downtown Dallas totals 517,000 SF. K2 was selected to complete major building renovations to the main building lobby, tenant lounge and all other ground floor common areas including fitness centers, conference centers and restrooms. Additional renovations included common areas on floors 7, 8, and 9, and spec suites on floors 1, 8, and 10. This project was completed while the building remains fully operational.
