A local headquarters for a global agency.

Global creative agency PMG Worldwide selected K2 as their construction partner for this three-floor project within The Link at Uptown. This headquarters relocation to Dallas is coming off of the heels of their workforce temporarily going fully remote in 2020 and then more than doubling in size in 2021 with the announcement of multiple strategic acquisitions. PMG leadership is utilizing the new workplace as a means to foster a connected and energetic experience for staff and clients. Scope included the addition of a new open-air internal stair connecting all three floors, a “Monument Cafe” coffee bar, multimedia creative production studio, innovation lab, and communal dining and lounge rooms that can transform into meeting space as needed.
