Industry partner selects K2 for local HQ

Newmark’s office at The Link in Uptown, a new Class AA office tower, combines three previous locations into one congruent office. The two-floor space evokes their culture and fosters collaboration to support a return to the office. Amenities include a custom millwork coffee bar with a concealed, built-in coffee dispenser, a welcome area with cloud ceilings and a suspended luke lamp LED light fixture, and custom tilted and offset portals leading to the work area that display Newmark’s values. Unique custom finishes include built-in banquette seating, four-foot fabric pendant light fixtures, and a wood accent wall in the welcome area.
