KONE is the global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, providing innovative solutions that improve the flow of urban life. This new LEED certified campus consisted of a new 3-story office building, a testing tower, an industrial warehouse and service center and parking garage. K2 was selected to complete the first generation build outs of the Industrial Building offices and KONE main offices. Serving as a functioning showroom, material swatches, infographics and product displays line the hallways of KONE’s corporate office. This facility houses staff from their manufacturing, engineering, research and development and installation support divisions.

Details
Both conference rooms utilize KONE’s elevator door systems as main entry doors to showcase their products while hosting clients and customers, requiring technical operating systems be installed into the base building structure. The office also features custom light installations including rectangular LED light fixtures cantilevered over the hallway in the customer experience center.
