Technology Hub brings digital transformation to Texas
Infosys’ new Technology and Innovation Hub in Richardson was completed by K2 in partnership with ENTOS Design and is contributing to their campaign to hire 10,000 American workers within the next calendar year. This eight-floor project spanning two buildings in 2400 Glenville features open to deck ceilings and polished concrete floors in the common areas, ample huddle areas and private rooms for more focused work, and primarily open work areas around the perimeter of each floor. K2 was awarded a second four-floor, 90,000 square foot project for Infosys on a negotiated basis after the first project came to a successful and timely completion.

Details
Infosys “sub-leases” portions of their office for client use. Every aspect of the workplace was designed to be adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the Infosys clients, since the end-user of the space can change from month to month. Critical to the office was a high-security system at each of the multiple entry points on the eight floors that creates privacy between the “sublet” client areas.
