Railroad company’s logistics division takes 50,000 square feet at Billingsley’s Cypress Waters. The new office serves as a cultural hub for their logistics wing, which prior to this project was sharing an industrial campus with the company’s distribution center. BNSF now has an upscale, branded office to house their corporate employees and host clients. This office supports BNSF’s mission to provide supply chain solutions through people and technology.

K2 coordinated the base building mechanical system’s return air pathways with the designed walls to deck for sound attenuation per the request of the client. Additionally, a fully customized glass office front order was required on top of a floor float to mitigate an uneven slab, which had up to 5 inches difference from one end to the other.
