Local HQ to showcase technology and unify brand

Audio video technologies and services company AVI-SPL relocated to their new 52,000 SF office warehouse to accommodate growth stemming from an acquisition in 2019. Featuring polished concrete floors, green wall features, an open office concept and custom sound baffles, this new shell building was transformed into a high-end office/warehouse.
