K2 is proud to have partnered with Associa, largest community management company in North America, on the transformation of its new Richardson campus.⁠ The 150,000 SF, six-floor build-out brings together employees from across the DFW Metroplex into a workplace designed to foster collaboration, connection, and an enhanced employee experience. Features include open workspaces, executive suites, training rooms, a podcast studio, golf simulator, and a full-service restaurant.⁠ Designed by ENTOS Design, the project balances functionality and detail, from expanded common areas to refined architectural elements throughout.⁠ From concept through completion, our team’s dedication helped bring this vision to life, creating a dynamic workplace that will support Associa’s people and culture for years to come.⁠
