One unified office to merge three brands
Ansira is a national data-driven marketing agency focused on customer relationships and retention. K2 Construction was selected to complete this four-floor finish out in 3 Galleria Tower in partnership with Staffelbach, CBRE and Charter Acquisitions. Design aspects included structural glass fronts, polished concrete throughout, art deco baffled ceilings, 100% programmable LED lighting and specialty wood accents. The office features two breakrooms per floor with banquette seating, multiple conference rooms, open workstation space and executive offices.

This high-end project involved full demolition of a portion of the structural slabs on three of the four floors to accommodate the installation of an open atrium and new stairways between each floor, all within a building that wasn’t structurally designed for interior stairs. This opening an stairwell was an important design element to the client because it represented connectivity and integration within the company.
