Spanning four floors at Premier Place, K2 Construction — in partnership with Redline Design Group and CBRE — recently completed the Dallas office for Amwins, a leading global specialty insurance distributor. This phased, occupied renovation required careful coordination and scheduling to ensure minimal disruption and timely delivery. The reimagined space features specialty ceilings, demountable office fronts, wood flooring, a renovated interconnecting staircase, and a high-end custom lighting package — all designed to create dynamic environments for both productivity and play.
