A renovation without risk

Spanning four floors at Premier Place, this project involved a phased, occupied renovation for the Amwins corporate office in Dallas. Careful coordination and strategic scheduling were essential to minimize disruption and ensure timely completion. The space features a renovated interconnecting stair between two floors, wood flooring, distinctive ceiling elements, and a high-end custom lighting package. This project was completed in collaboration with Redline and Cushman & Wakefield.
