A dated building updated to modern standards,

K2 collaborated with design firm Merriman Associates on the completion of this capital improvement project at 6060 North Central Expressway, an 8-story building constructed in 1970. The comprehensive improvement consisted of upgrades to the main building lobbies, 16 restrooms, two spec suites, conference center, bicycle storage with shower facilities and elevator modernization, plus the addition of a fitness center. Exterior improvements included new concrete pad for the cafe, new awnings, new entry canopies and signage.
