At the 2024 CoreNet Black White & Blue Corporate Real Estate Awards, PMG Headquarters won the Workplace Strategy Interiors 50,000 SF or More award! This award recognizes innovation and purposeful design that significantly enhanced the company’s ability to meet its core business goals. We are honored to have been a part of this project in collaboration with Corgan, Telios Corporation, and BRYTESIGHT.

Totaling 75,000 square feet, this headquarters project for global creative agency PMG is located at The Link at Uptown. This relocation to Dallas is coming off of the heels of their workforce temporarily going fully remote in 2020 and then more than doubling in size in 2021 with the announcement of multiple strategic acquisitions. PMG leadership is utilizing the new workplace as a means to foster a connected and energetic experience for staff and clients. Scope included the addition of a new open-air internal stair connecting all three floors, a “Monument Cafe” coffee bar, multimedia creative production studio, innovation lab, and communal dining and lounge rooms that can transform into meeting space as needed.
