Newmark Dallas Office won the 2024 CoreNet Global North Texas CRE Collaborative Excellence Award! This award recognizes a truly collaborative effort between corporate real estate and industry service providers who partner in the delivery of a remarkable project. Newmark’s office at The Link in Uptown, a new Class AA office tower, combines three previous locations into one collective office. The two-floor space evokes their culture and fosters collaboration while celebrating the experiential component of an office space and how it reflects the heart of the company. Amenities include a custom millwork coffee bar with a concealed, built-in coffee dispenser, a welcome area with cloud ceilings and a suspended luke lamp LED light fixture, and custom tilted and offset portals leading to the work area that display Newmark’s values. Unique custom finishes include built-in banquette seating, four-foot fabric pendant light fixtures, and a wood accent wall in the welcome area.

The conference rooms off the main reception and coffee bar areas are separated by operable wall system that opens to create one larger venue for hosting industry and internal company events. This feature and the dynamic nature of the entire shared amenity space fosters Newmark’s mission to connect the merged and acquired companies into one collective culture.
