K2 is listed as a 2023 Top Workplace by the Dallas Morning News! K2 Construction was founded on the principle of integrity, not because it is good for business (though it is), but because it’s the right thing to do. That belief system weaves its way into everything that we do today, from human resources benefits, to employee and client entertainment and to how we treat our subcontractors and clients. We strive to raise the bar—to take an inherently stressful industry and make it better. And we can’t do that without the ability to attract the top construction professionals in the industry. It’s our job to give them the tools and connections needed to build rewarding careers.

Our mission and purpose, “Be Your Hero”, was developed in 2012 by our entire team at a company retreat and was based on the way we were already choosing to conduct business every day. It is our North Star—not a marketing slogan developed by an agency, executive board or marketing team. Collectively, the K2 team is working towards the same goal, which creates a cohesive team where the sum is greater than its part. We do what it takes to make this a fun place to come to work while providing a superior level of service to our clients-Together.
