With 13 years of commercial construction experience, Mark is a well-rounded construction professional. He spent the first 4 years of his career as a project superintendent which provided a solid foundation for his current role in preconstruction. His background in field operations enables him to visualize the project from start to finish. Mark’s Active Estimating Process involves all parties from the owner group to the design team to the subcontractors and third party vendors. His knowledge of the Dallas marketplace allows him to hand-select subcontractor teams that are unique to each specific project, building, schedule and owner group.
