Grealon has over 40 years of industry experience in the Dallas metroplex, 30 of those spent in construction and field management positions. He has an incredible depth of experience mentoring construction professionals and has an innate ability to bring out the best in those on his team. As General Superintendent, Grealon is responsible for developing our field team, implementing consistent field processes and ensuring all projects uphold K2’s aggressive safety program. Born and raised in Dallas, Grealon is family-oriented and spends his free time with his two daughters and four granddaughters.
