K2 is a relationship-driven company—We have been working with many of the same subcontractors since inception in 2002. Our annual subcontractor appreciation happy hour is testament to that, as the same core group has been attending for over 15 years. We pride ourselves on our ability to run a smooth, well-managed project. In turn, that allows our subcontractors to be profitable and maintain the tight schedules required of them in this fast-paced industry.
