K2 completed standalone office for Lee & Associates

Migrating downtown seems to be a commercial real estate trend as of late, but Lee & Associates goes a different route, acquiring a standalone building in Addison with surface parking and room to grow.

Lee and Associates is a global commercial real estate firm owned and operated by real estate professionals. Driven by the need to accommodate a new and growing tenant rep division, K2 partnered with ENTOS Design to complete this renovation of their 13,000 square foot standalone office. This high-end industrial office features concrete and steel ceiling elements, sliding glass office fronts, polished concrete floors and a wood feature wall at reception. Exterior improvements included a newly renovated courtyard, aluminum entrance canopy and a brick feature wall. K2 followed this project with a follow-up expansion for this repeat client.
