2400 Glenville
A vacant single tenant building transformed.
Tucked away among 35 wooded acres, 2400 Glenville is a corporate campus consisting of four connecting buildings. In partnership with JCI and Cushman & Wakefield, K2 was selected to complete this capital improvement project which encompassed renovations to the main lobby, five restrooms, a server room and the fitness center. Unique features included a glass grand staircase, floor to ceiling windows, modern light fixtures and wood accents. This project was completed in 12 weeks.
