A new office to reflect a fresh brand identity.

In partnership with JLL and IA Interior Architects, K2 was selected to complete this full floor renovation of 26,000 square feet of office space for HighGround Advisors, an investment and trust services company specializing in serving the nonprofit sector. The office is located within Comerica Bank Tower, a 60-story, Class-A property. The flexible workspace design and layout aligns with the company’s new branding and core values. Unique features include framed glass office fronts with office sliders, stained wood feature walls, and open to deck ceilings with custom stained baffles. The main break room features moveable partitions that open to the reception for staff meetings and events.
