In partnership with Lincoln Property Company, GFF, and Rubenstein Partners, K2 completed a full campus capital improvement project to position 5600 Headquarters to welcome new tenants. According to this Dallas Business Journal article, “On Oct. 25, Rubenstein announced it had finished a $20 million renovation of the building’s interior and exterior, focused on enhancing the tenant experience. Updates include a new lobby and entrance facade, a lounge, a fitness center, and a 35,000-square-foot outdoor area with a kitchen and pickleball court.”

The 250,000 square foot building is the former corporate hub for PepsiCo and is located on a 27-acre site. This three-story building features a revamped amenities package and now includes a new internal stair, commercial kitchen, fitness and training centers, and lobby. Significant structural work was completed to accommodate a building expansion and new curtain wall.
