New leadership. New brand. New headquarters.

Global commercial real estate firm Lincoln Property Company takes two and a half floors at their own recently developed Class AA office tower, 8111 Douglas. Under the next generation of leadership, this office reflects Lincoln’s new direction and was completed in conjunction with the company’s first rebrand in their 60-year history. This project features a stately executive wing, bar, and conference center, and a new mezzanine and internal stair connecting levels five and six within the breakroom and lounge. Noteworthy design elements include the floating wood beams and interconnected chandelier featuring 58 individual bulbs mounted at specifically designed locations and heights. This high-profile project was completed while the base building remained under construction.
