Total Sand Solutions is an oil and gas supplier delivering proppant from the mine to the wellsite. K2 was selected to renovate 17,000 square feet of office space in City Place to serve as their corporate headquarters. Unique design features of this modern-industrial office include reclaimed wood throughout, polished concrete floors, glass office fronts to encourage collaboration and open ceilings. To create one line of sight from end to end, K2 installed operable garage doors in between the main conference room and control room.
