Spire is a privately-held commercial real estate services company founded in 1989 with a presence in Dallas, Houston and Austin. In partnership with idGroup, K2 Construction was selected to complete the build out of their new headquarters on the 21st floor of Bryan Tower, a 40-story Class-A office building in downtown Dallas. This office serves as a marketing center for their new developments and features polished concrete floors, glass office fronts and open ceiling throughout.

In partnership with JLL and IA Interior Architects, K2 was selected to complete this full floor renovation of 24,000 SF of office space for HighGround Advisors, an investment and trust services company specializing in serving the nonprofit sector. The space is located within the fully operational Comerica Bank Tower, a 60-story, five-star property. The project scope included multiple executive offices, executive lounges, reception area, breakroom, boardroom, and open office space.
MIC Global Services provides support to partners in the Macquarie Infrastructure Company (MIC) portfolio in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Environmental Health and Safety. K2 Construction was selected to complete the build out of their new headquarters in the Lincoln R&D in Legacy VII building. This 31,000 SF space features an open office concept with breakrooms, conference rooms, multiple huddle spaces, a training center and a wellness room.
