Recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as one of the “Top 40 Under 40 Business People”, David began his construction career in Big Sky, Montana building high-end residential homes before moving to Dallas in 1998. With a focus on business development, preconstruction and company culture, David develops strategies that foster growth and opportunity for K2. He is actively involved in Salesmanship Club of Dallas, The Touch Down Club of Dallas and The Church of the Incarnation. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. David is married to his wife, Margaret, and they have two children, Otis and Flora.
